Ali Reda
Ali Reda is the Managing Partner of TAYLRD Real Estate, where he leads a dynamic team specializing in residential and commercial real estate, as well as investment properties. With a career that began in the mortgage industry in 2009, Ali quickly found success and moved into leadership roles, coaching and training teams to excel in their careers.
In 2022, Ali transitioned into the real estate sector with Keller Williams Integrity Lakes in Minneapolis, where he led a large office of agents, focusing on education and agent/business growth. This experience fueled his passion for coaching and mentorship.
In 2024, Ali obtained his real estate license and launched TAYLRD Real Estate, building a reputable business from the ground up. He continues to actively invest in real estate and remains connected to the mortgage industry through strategic partnerships.
Outside of his professional life, Ali is a dedicated father to his son, Zayn, and enjoys an active lifestyle. He loves traveling, outdoor activities like skiing, soccer, and basketball, and embraces his international roots, having been born in Toronto and raised with Egyptian heritage.
Ryan Walseth (AKA Wally)
Ryan Walseth (aka Wally) is a licensed realtor at TAYLRD Real Estate, powered by Pemberton Real Estate.
Ryan has been repeatedly accused of being a hard working, creative entrepreneur over his 20+ years of working professionally. After being employed for just a few years he ventured into the world of self-employment in 2005 and never looked back.
Ryan grew an in-home personal training business into one of the most influential books of clientele in the five-state region. Consistently training 1,000+ hours per year, his clients included business owners, Fortune 500 CEOs, financial investors and philanthropic influencers…movers and shakers locally, nationally and globally.
In 2007 Ryan added real estate investment and property management to his portfolio. Over the past 15+ years he has managed dozens of units, maintaining a stellar occupancy rate of 99.8%. In 2017 he launched full time into selling real estate and has earned Top 3% agent out of 15,000 in Minnesota each of the past 5 years.
Amidst the other companies, Ryan co-founded a tech start-up called Mashup.com in 2011, growing and running operations for a team of five employees and seven interns. As a leader, equity fundraiser, coach and manager of a 30,000+ subscriber database, Ryan earned, what he calls, his “Street Smarts MBA”.
In 2025, Ryan launched in Professional Speaking. Presenting at real estate conferences across the US, covering topics on investment real estate, house flipping, hospitality, and teaching realtors all things selling real estate.
Every step of Ryan’s professional career he’s been a motivated, and creative self-starter across multiple industries where customer experience, service and follow-through are vital to success. His ability to learn, grow, balance and excel in several verticals simultaneously, makes him perfectly equipped to handle the diverse challenges presented in every real estate transaction.
